You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Stayed at Caleb and Caroline’s place for a 2 week long night school. They were helpful, very responsive to questions and it was close to all major roadways but still in a quiet suburb. Place was identical to pictures and very clean.

We went up for Road Atlanta, Tail of the Dragon and the scenic drives in the surrounding areas and this location was perfect! The place was just as described; very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable.
