Cozy cottage 3 min to Lake Lanier at Old Federal

Very clean, one of the bedrooms almost seemed like a storage space, twin bed at biggest, but the other 2 bedrooms were decent. Definitely an older house but it was clean and cozy. Comfortable living room and kitchen.

We stayed for 4th of July weekend. It was quaint nice place like a country bungalow. It was clean and AC worked good. The first bedroom bed was too low and uncomfortable but the other two beds were good.

This house will remind you of your Grandma! The beds are comfy, the water pressure is good, and the water gets hot quickly. The location for access to the lake couldn't be better. Good house for the value!

Jan was an excellent hostess... her thoughtfulness in regard to our delayed arrival due to terrible weather was nothing short of outstanding.

Beautiful home. Very friendly host. The roof did start leaking while we were there and Jan and her Husband were very quick to come assess what was going on and to come up with a solution.

Nice place, the shower was a little small

Jan and her husband were very welcoming and friendly, they also allow for chickens to roam free around the yard, so if you want some free range eggs, I can vouch to the validity of that.
