North georgia is in extreme drought. we have had ~1-1.5 ft of water at the dock this summer. Sophisticated, modern cabin on Lake Lanier. Private 2-story dock with boat and jet ski slips. Oversized back porch with outdoor fireplace. Secluded, wooded feel while being close to town. Ample driveway for boat or vehicle parking. Great for a lake weekend, Road Atlanta and other area events. 5 minutes from boat launch. Close by water or land to restaurants and marinas.

MorganStayed November 2025 · Lakefront Modern CabinWonderful location, perfect price, and everything was absolutely beautiful! They even went above and beyond by accommodating my request for a Christmas tree. Communication was excellent, and it's conveniently close to Athens.
Jane’s place was just what I needed. I Spent 5 days there and could have spent another 5. The entire home was spotless and all the rooms looked as shown .
